Add two Public Beta components for long-form content. - dsgn-callout (@ds-gn/ui/callout) sets a note, tip, warning, or danger passage apart with a tone colour and icon, an optional title slot, and an <aside role="note"> landmark. - dsgn-code-snippet (@ds-gn/ui/code-snippet) frames a slotted, optionally pre-highlighted <pre> with an optional filename and language header and a copy button. The button renders only when copy-label is set, announces copied-label through a live region, and fires dsgn-copy (onDsgnCopy in React).

Add an alignment prop to <lll-form-block> ('start' | 'center', default 'start', reflected). center centers the input/button row, the note, and the success message so a form can sit on the same centerline as a centered section heading. Existing forms are unchanged. The allowed values and type are exported from the new @lightleaplabs/ui/form-block/props entry point as formBlockAlignmentValues and FormBlockAlignmentType.
